Halloween (with Costumes!)

After the Trunk or Treat at Cabela's with made it back to our house, put on costumes and headed out for some good ole neighborhood trick or treating. Neither of the girls can say "Trick or Treat", so they would just say "please" when they would go up to the doors and then "thanks!" after they got a treat in their bag. Camryn was more of a go-getter than Kristin. Cam would go up to the doors and was hardly scared of all the strangers giving her candy.

Daddy and daughters

Off to the first house - Walt's brother's house!

Our sweet and super scary nephews

Our pseudo-triplet ladybugs (Camryn, Callie and Kristin)

Happy to have candy in her pumpkin

Having so much fun

Thanks Batman!

Stopping to pet the kitty cat

Very concerned about the kitty (she is signing cat) - we told her that it went "night night"

One person gave bubbles instead of candy - It was the girls' favorite thing!

Better Late Than Never (*B.C.)

For a while you haven't really been able to tell how far behind I am with my picture posting...but now you will know. I can't hide anymore. Here are Halloween pictures. I know. Awful. But here they are - so enjoy!

*B.C. - Before Costumes

We started out the evening at Cabela's. They had advertised a Trunk or Treat that was taking place in their parking lot, so we headed up a little early so the girls could see their favorite fish.
Checking out the gigantic fish

Mu-ah!
Kissy kissy fishy fishy

Following the turtle as he swims back and forth

Walking over to the Trunk or Treat
Picking lollipops from the lollipop tree

Jail time! (Kristin)

Camryn - she's not too freaked out...should I be scared by that?

Waiting our turn for the next game

Ring Toss

Their favorite part - puppies!

Picking duckies

Building with Poppi

The other day my dad came over and the girls dragged the bag of blocks over and insisted that he help them build a tower. What is a grandpa to do but comply with the wishes of his grandchildren?

Coloring

The girls love to color...they will color anything. Blank paper, coloring book pages, or my own homemade shape page, customized to the girls' interests. Kitties, bunnies and puppies.

All in a Row

I'm pretty sure the girls are a little OCD...
Just a little to the right...
Much better...

See mommy, it has puppies on it!

We love them!

Perfect Little Pumpkins

This year we didn't make it out to any of the big pumpkin patches, but I really wanted to get some pumpkin pictures (and maybe a few pumpkins). So we found a local farmer's market that had a little fall setup with bales of straw, corn stalks, flowers and of course...pumpkins! There is a guessing game at the bottom of the post. Let me see those guesses!

This is a crazy pumpkin!
It is all bumpy!
Scarecrows, flowers and straw....oh my!

"Here Kristin...have a nasty corn cob that has been sitting outside for way too long"

Hmmm...which pumpkin to choose...or should I just keep the corn cob?

We have our tiny pumpkins!

Babies like pumpkins too (Cam's baby)

Guess who!

I love these girls!!!
